i only gained weight over NYE, but I think it might be temporary due to sodium in chinese food.

I actually lost a pound, but I said "no" to SO many family recipes. I was not happy when the food was in front of me... but I'm VERY happy now.

Yup. I gained 3-4 lbs but I lost 6-7 lbs about a week after.

Yes I did, and I don't feel very good about it either. But I'm working to get it back off and perhaps this is a lesson learned.

Thankfully no! I don't know how, really, but I'm exactly where I was before, within .4 lbs!

Thankfully no! I'm down a couple pounds-I think. I will weigh in tomorrow, and then I'll see, but I'm doing really well these last few days.

I am weighing myself for the first time post holidays tomorrow morning and I am nervous that I gained weight. My last weigh in was over two weeks ago and I did not track calories or watch my diet over the holidays (although I did exercise). Did you gain weight over the holidays? How much?
