i only gained weight over NYE, but I think it might be temporary due to sodium in chinese food.

I actually lost a pound, but I said "no" to SO many family recipes. I was not happy when the food was in front of me... but I'm VERY happy now.

Yup. I gained 3-4 lbs but I lost 6-7 lbs about a week after.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

I am weighing myself for the first time post holidays tomorrow morning and I am nervous that I gained weight. My last weigh in was over two weeks ago and I did not track calories or watch my diet over the holidays (although I did exercise). Did you gain weight over the holidays? How much?
