"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Thankfully no! I'm down a couple pounds-I think. I will weigh in tomorrow, and then I'll see, but I'm doing really well these last few days.

I am weighing myself for the first time post holidays tomorrow morning and I am nervous that I gained weight. My last weigh in was over two weeks ago and I did not track calories or watch my diet over the holidays (although I did exercise). Did you gain weight over the holidays? How much?
