My husband and I washed the car by hand. That's exercise, right? It was hot out and I certainly worked up a sweat. We're also going to clean the house today and wash the other car by hand tomorrow. It's better than sitting around doing nothing.

Yes. Since it's not a work day it's so easy for me to get up and exercise. This only happens on my days off. The rest of the week I just can't do mornings, I have to wait until after work to get my exercise in on those days.

Woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning. Jumped on my elliptical for 10 minutes and I feel great this morning. Work keeps me busy so I feel like this is my jump start for the day.
