Interesting.
It is lunch time and I was going to eat but in thinking about it -- I am not hungry. I will wait until I am a tad hungry.
I am so use to eating at mealtimes whether I am hungry or not. I am also use to overeating otherwise I would not be overweight.

Happiness is remembering what I really want.
Laughter is the best medicine. The best things in life are free.

Learn to say 'no' to the good so you can say 'yes' to the best.

Dream with no action = wishful thinking
Action with no plan = chaos
Dream + action + persistence = success

The ego tells me you can't do it. The spirit tells me I can.

Each time I say "no" to impulse eating, I will visualize fat melting off my body.

Earlier the thought that "I was hungry" suddenly appeared. Rather than ask if I was hungry, my thought was "what do I want to eat".
emoticon I thought "did you enjoy your meal" would be a good thread. I forgot about being hungry and realized I really wasn't hungry. I also remembered I ate my breakfast in front of the computer and couldn't tell you if I enjoyed it or not. emoticon
I will start tracking the following:
Hunger lever
Enjoyment level (taste, appearance, ...)
How I felt after (satisfied, stuffed...)
