Earlier the thought that "I was hungry" suddenly appeared. Rather than ask if I was hungry, my thought was "what do I want to eat".

I thought "did you enjoy your meal" would be a good thread. I forgot about being hungry and realized I really wasn't hungry. I also remembered I ate my breakfast in front of the computer and couldn't tell you if I enjoyed it or not.
I will start tracking the following:
Hunger lever
Enjoyment level (taste, appearance, ...)
How I felt after (satisfied, stuffed...)
