I won't say that I ate something "bad". However, tonight when I finally found "Total body Sculpting" at the Carson City Target I purchased and thoroughly enjoyed a small Carmello for the first time in months and did not go over any of my nutritional levels or break my calorie ceiling for the day. Call it a rationalization if you want to, personally I thought of it as a treat that I made an exception for and choose not to wallow in guilt.

I have been fighting the TOM munchies all day... finally couldn't stand it anymore and attacked the pantry. Managed to resist the big box of salted caramels and the peanutbutter chocolate cake, and let myself have a regular bag of pretzel mnm's... 150 calories for the bag so not *that* bad so I'm considering it a win.

I didn't eat something unhealthy today, but some days it happens. Try not to overreact when it does -- just track it and move on. You'll get the hang of making better choices.
The important thing for now is just to not let this derail you, or make you feel miserable. You want to do better -- so next time, do better! Every time you succeed in overcoming temptation, you get a little stronger, a little better at it.
Believe it or not, someday it won't even be hard to say no to a donut, because you won't even want it. I still like to have a treat every now and then, but I try to do it only on my terms -- because I planned to, not because someone happened to bring donuts to the office one day. It took some practice to get here -- and believe me, when I started out I was anything but perfect!

I ate two dove chocolates and a very small serving of peanut butter M&Ms. And while I realize that they aren't the healthiest of choices I don't like to think of them as "bad". In fact they were quite good :). I did however still manage to stay within my caloric range. As for exercising again because you ate a single donut I really wouldn't worry about it. A single donut isn't going to cause you to gain any weight even if it did force you over your calories. We can't be perfect every day. We just need to be consistant most days.

Yes, but I was smart and only had a portion of it. It was a chocolate croissant and I only had a piece :)

No you should not exercise again because you ate a donut. Exercise if you crave the movement but not out of guilt. It is a donut not a lethal injection. You did nothing bad you just ate junk food. dont beat yourself up over it. You are doing great because more days than not you are eating light. Its for the long haul and it ios not like you will never have a donut again.

I've done really well this week but i ate a plain cake donut covered in chocolate frostring a little bit ago and i really wish i didnt now. Anyone else eat something unhealthy? -I literally JUST exercised...should i exercise again?
