I have been doing the Tibetan Rites for 20 years. The book "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth" by Peter Kelder along with the tape got me started.
Benefits of the Rites include but are not limited to: youthing instead of aging, strength and endurance, personal power.
Today you can check them out on the interenet there are many videos showing the rites (you don't have to buy the book and tape), read the descriptions of the rites from the above book (shown on the internet) and review the discriptions often so that you are doing them correct, good luck.
