My man fell asleep around 11:15 pm and his 13 year old daughter and I stayed up until 2:30 AM playing CSI Deadly Intent on Wii!

I was up with my hubby, watched the local fireworks, then went to bed and got 8 hours of sleep.

I got my midnight kiss from someone cuter then my husband this year, well I gave emoticon it to him as his head laid so close to mine. My grandson got the 12 o clock kiss from me this year. We went to bed at 11 but I was dozing on and off knowing my daughter was down the street at her friends house and would not be home until 12:30. I noticed the clock and kissed my sweet grandson who spent the night with me. I slept great at 12 30 once my daughter was home safe and sound. Happy New Year!

Fireworks - echoing off the mountains - I don't think anyone on the island slept through that.

We were busy with games, dancing and watching stuff. I didn't notice when it was midnight. I saw the clock at 12:44 and realized we missed it. I went to sleep around 3AM.

Out by 10:30pm, but with all the fireworks going off I really drifted in and out of sleep and then some yahoo decides to do donuts in the parking lot with snow and ice. Nice Night!

My husband and I have been sick for days. He was asleep by 8 pm and I made it until about 11 pm. What makes it worse is that it was also my husband's birthday and we couldn't even celebrate. :(

I did! I stayed up watching a movie on Netflix with my kids-The Aristocats-which was over at 11:30. Before that, though, I read an end-of-the-year devotion and my mother and I prayed with them. I then poured some sparkling cider with them to toast in the New Year a little early-because it was 2013 already in other parts of the world. After the movie, I sent them to bed, and I took some Tylenol nighttime Multi-symptom cold medicine, and I don't remember much after that.
