Cooked. I was out all day too. I brought healthy things for the road and got home early enough for a healthy dinner!

I hal all my meals in today. Dinner was grilled tuna, garlic roasted green beans (handpicked frm my CSA) and crash potatoes. Delicious!

I cooked tilapia, green beans, and sautéed mushrooms. Salad on the side.

I ate a second dinner at PF Changs because the bartender offered me free pork ribs after saying how pretty I was. After that, I had no qualms about eating a cheesecake at the cafe.

I was only going to have a light beer and steamed dumplings.

This was the day I was going to set my nutrition straight.

But I didn't even exercise either.

I rarely ever eat out, and because I've been eating clean for a while, most restaurant food is overly salty and excessive to my palate now.
