Did great until 8pm, then the cookies called... Just two little cookies put me over the top of my calorie count.

I do well until about 8pm, then I feel hungry, tired and want a snack to relax after the kids go to bed. I only eat about 150-200 calories, but that is toooo many!

Very frustrating.

I was able to avoid the junk food and candies while shopping today. Even though I really, really wanted a chocolate bar. It wasn't worth the calories.
