First of all, Thank You for sending me a post. I have been dieting & exercising since April3, 2102 and started Sparkpeople of Aug. 3, 2012. I have lost 60 lbs. and lost 24 body in. . This was for health reasons. With 2 heart attack's it was time to think about Me. A
And you are doing great. It'll take a while. I figured it took about .20 oz. per day to reach this level. Be careful, but again thank's for posting and emoticon . Write more in the morning.

Well, Saturday is over but there is alway's tomorrow. Thank You All Sparkpeople for posting me. I am new to this section for I was in "Motivation" and not too many were getting to like my ways of motivating. So, I hope I can get results from some of you. I love fitness & exercise and spend my morning's from 1:30 am till 5 am. See you tomorrow & emoticon .
