I get the same way when I slip up. I feel just icky about myself, but like all the others said you just got to keep going and working on not doing that again. And I have learned that giving in to my cravings once in a while I am less likely to cave when others have things that look yummy. Today is a new day and you can do it!!!

Like the others said, tomorrow is a new day. I know it's easier said than done, but wake up tomorrow and don't give that Chick-Fil-A meal a second thought. Learn from your mistakes and try to improve :) Best of luck, you can do it!

Tomorrow is a new day! It's good to know where we could have done better, but now that it's done and over, don't dwell on it or beat yourself up. Resolve to have a better day tomorrow. Keep doing your best on tracking and exercising and it will pay off in the end. If you really get into the swing of things, it will become second nature to say no to foods that you know will counteract the good you've done. But, do not let one bad day trip you up permanently. Keep pressing on!

It takes 90 days to break habits. You'll have occasional slip ups, and everyone does, but just don't make it a habit. It is a new day tomorrow. You start fresh everyday. Just keep positive affirmations about yourself, how good you did the rest of the day and the whole week. Don't allow one negative action dominate how you should feel about yourself for trying hard all week! You can do it!

Just need to vent. This is my first week with SparkPeople. I've tried to be super conscious of what I'm eating and accurately track. And, although I'm still trying to watch my portions and mindless snacking, I felt positive at the start of this week. But now....uggggg...my mother-in-law came for a visit today and brought us ChickFilA for dinner. I just ate an entire 8pc. Nugget combo meal with fries and a sweet tea!!! 900 calories later and I'm just feeling very disappointed in myself for going so far over my calorie allowance today. I have a vacation at the end of June and if I keep slipping up, I won't feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Yuck. emoticon
