I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

I use both the website and mobile app and love them!

This is a great place to get healthy! There are so many tools, resources, and encouraging people to help you on your journey to "Health & Fitness". Be sure to poke around the site and try the nutrition and fitness trackers, Spark Recipes, Daily Spark, health articles, and secrets.

Joining a team will help you meet like-minded people that share similar life situations or goals. You can join mine to start. I share many helpful tips, recipes and insights from my own journey so you too can benefit. The DAILY CHAT section has lots of helps.

Hi everyone.

I'm new here (just found this web site about an hour ago) and really liking all the features (menu planer, printable shopping list, community boards, other web site stuff!) I see. I almost signed up for the trimdownclub but then read some reviews about it and found this web site in those reviews so had to come check it out.

I especially like that there are diabetic tools on this web site, that is EXACTLY what I was looking for in addition to tracking food & exercise.

I have to say great job on the web site. I found an app for my smartphone last week called "MyFitnesspal" that is sort of like this site. I have to say I do love their phone app. No crashing, easily scans barcodes and records foods I've eaten. I am considering switching to this web site's mobile app but have seen some not so good reviews. I don't mind the part where I have to pay to get this app, but what I don't want is for it to crash my phone and cause any problem with freezing. Does anyone here have anything good or bad to say about the mobile app?

All I know is that I am much more likely to scan the bar code of a food to enter it then I am to sit down and type all the info in, since I've had great success with "MyFitnesspal" in that regard. Once you experience a technological breakthrough like that there is no going back to the old ways of manually entering data in emoticon

anyway, I'm sure even if I don't end up using this site to track my food choices there is still much info that I can still explore for help.
