Hi SHALAGEE1,

I am not too sure if you can manually change your range for carbs. My suggestion would be to post this on the SparkD Program message boards which are monitored by our nutrition experts. If you are not already a part of this program, below is a link.

I am struggling and want to use the food tracker to help me keep my carbs on track. Though my Doctor says no more than 30-45 per meal and that same number appears elsewhere on The Spark site, the food tracker has a range of almost double that for a meal. I selected the diabetic plan. Does the food tracker have a way to adjust the target for each meal so that we can stay within healthy levels for a diabetic? Thank you to anyone who might be able to help.
