I will begin with this statement from your post:

Of course you are getting hungry every few days. You are only taking in 1400-1500 calories and trying to maintain your weight. This is not enough calories. You would become hungry.
Plus every day in your food tracker there are several hundred calories coming from sugar-filled, fat-filled foods. Things like fruit loops cereal, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Nutella, eclairs, etc. These type foods will not keep you full. My suggestions would be to eat more--see how you feel on 1600-1800 daily.
--increase protein
--increase fruit and veggies
--make sure you are getting 25 grams of fiber daily
--and cut back some on the sweets, etc.

See if this makes a difference.

I will preface this by saying that I don't know much about eating disorders, but I've read what you wrote in your post and I took a peek at the last month of your food tracker. I don't know if you've developed an eating disorder, but I do think that maybe you are exhibiting signs of disordered eating (which can be a precursor to an eating disorder). This is why:

So far as what I saw in your food tracker, you've pretty much eaten the same things every single day for the past month--breaded chicken breast, broccoli/cauliflower (sometimes carrots), potatoes, deli meat sandwiches (deli meat, ketchup, spinach), peanut butter sandwiches, an egg, yogurt, fruit, the occasional Atkins bar and the occasional cup of milk. This is a pretty restrictive list of foods. Is there a reason your foods are so restricted in variety?

Some days, you are under 1200 calories (are you doing this to make up for eating too many calories on other days). There's one day where you only logged breakfast, but it was a large breakfast. Are you purposely restricting your food some days to under 1200 calories to try and make up for overeating on other days or?

It's the restrictive list of foods and the days where you have eaten under 1200 calories as well as the fact that you say you are constantly thinking about food and calories that make me think you may have disordered eating. So far as the binging, you are overeating some days on snack type foods (e.g. ice cream sandwiches), but it's, at most, about 500-700 calories extra (if your calorie range goes up to 1500, but, I think you may need more calories than that, so you may not be overeating by even that much on the days that you are giving in to the snacks). I'm not sure if it's enough to fit the definition of binging or exactly how binging is defined, really.

So, what to do about this? Well, it would probably be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss things. The time to do this is now because, if there is a problem it will be easier to address it now rather than after it has progressed to something more. Your doctor will undoubtedly have some suggestions and will be able to better determine if there's a problem or a potential problem. S/he might refer you for some therapy? Maybe you could ask for a referral to a registered dietitian so that you could get some help with setting up a reasonable eating plan that's not so restrictive (a wider variety of foods, which may be what you need to feel satisfied) but which will allow you to maintain your weight. A wider variety of foods, some more calories per day, and a reasonable schedule to eat these foods may lead you to think less about food all day.

Are you still eating in the 1200-1500 range? If so, with that amount of excercise and being at your goal weight you probably need to slowly start to put the brakes on your weight loss. This means adding back in some of those calories. Go slow - add 100 cals every two weeks and see how you do. With that amount of exercise your maintenance calories are probably at least 1800. have you updated your setting on sparkpeople? I find myself obsessing about food and wanting to binge too if I eat in the 1200-1400 range. I am much happier and can be more stable if I eat everyday near 1600+. Remember, you are trying to find your comfort zone where you can happily maintain your weight forever. I know you are probably afraid to gain back the weight, but if you go slowly that won't happen. I'm not sure I would call this an eating disorder yet, but it's good you're on the lookout for the signs. I'm sure one of the experts around here will offer some good advice!

You should look into over eaters anonymous. A friend of mine went and it helped her a lot.

So I used to be pretty constant with my weight standing at around 150lbs.
Two years ago I got my drivers-license (which made me move less) and a new job (that made me eat more) and I gained about 20lbs.
In Mai I decided enough is enough and started to track my food (eating between 1200 and 1500calories a day) and to exercise an hour every second day. I succeeded in losing weight too, but now that Im at my goal weight I am having trouble.
I just CANT stop thinking about food. From the moment that I wake up I can only think about what I will eat that day and how many calories this or that will have. Additionally I started to binge, which is something I have NEVER done before. A few days I am good and then I get these days where I am really hungry and just start to eat and then Im not able to stop myself anymore. Today is one of those days.
I dont know what to do and feel like crying! I just wanna go back to the way i was 2 years ago! Im unsure if I should try my hardest to fight the binge or if I should let myself eat because I feel like Im binging because Im restricting myself from eating too much on the other days by my obsessive calorie counting. Anybody experiencing the same? Or any tips on how to deal with this?
