On its own, a healthy body is designed to take care of toxins. Various detoxification programs, colon cleansing, and water irrigation devices are not needed and at times can be harmful or dangerous. Drinking juices of fruits and vegetables can be a healthy way to meet your daily intake needs. Here is an article that might be helpful.

emoticon ,

I like to detox my body a couple of times throughout the year. It really helps with my cravings and when I am feeling sluggish. I have found that juicing for a period of time is a great way for me to detox, as well as replenish my body with nutrients that I have neglected to give my body. Do you detox, and if so, what is your favorite way?
