I like to detox my body a couple of times throughout the year. It really helps with my cravings and when I am feeling sluggish. I have found that juicing for a period of time is a great way for me to detox, as well as replenish my body with nutrients that I have neglected to give my body. Do you detox, and if so, what is your favorite way?
