I just weigh all the food that I am using, and then when it is cooked, divide it by the number of servings (if casseroles/soups/muffins) and enter that amount into the nutrition tracker, and add it to my 'Group' foods for later use. If it is something like a fruit loaf/cake, I enter the full amount of the ingredients I used, and put that into the group section, BUT where it comes to serving measurement, I put the total weight of the finished product. When I cut off what I want, I just weigh that and enter it into my tracker from the "group' setting.

SP has a recipe calculator that I use all the time! You plug in your recipe and the number of servings, and it will give you all the nutritional info. Plus, you can save it, so it's easy to reuse when you make that recipe again. Here's the link:

I have multiple food allergies, asthma, hypothyroidism and diabetes. When doing my nutrition tracker, I am unsure how to determine the Nutritional Info for recipes that I create. Any input would be greatly appreciated emoticon

Thanks so much in advance for any and all help emoticon
