Based on my calories burned each week (about 4000), my SparkDiet calorie range is 1600-2000 calories per day.
I just want anyone's advise on whether they think Spark People is accurate in determining/estimating calories burned.
When I put in 60 mins of cardio kickboxing it tells me this is 880 calories. (This very well may be the case as this is the most intense, hardest workout I have ever done!)
My problem though is that I do not seem to be loosing much weight. My weight has been about the same for 3 weeks now and I am getting frustrated.
Any advise would be helpful!
