Hello all I've been on spark for forever but have been stale for a long time. I've regained a ton of weight and am absolutely determined to make this happen for me!
My biggest issue is overeating. I've been outeating my workouts for years. I can inhale 800 calories in the afternoons (after lunch to just before dinner time) and am working on changing my mindset from "I have no control" to "I choose what I put in my body every day, not my moods"
