I'm a young busy professional. I started gaining the pounds after college and need to start loosing them. I tried several types of diets and cleanses with little long term success. I learned a lot about calories and the right types of foods- but usually a bad day turns into a bad week and then a really bad month. So I'm determined to stay on track and loose 45 pounds.
I already signed up for 2 5k's in November- so I'm excited to start training for those. Getting to the gym is difficult for me- but I'm really committed to go everyday. I had shin splints a few months back when I was doing weekly 5K's- so I just have to start again and go slow.
This is the first time I joined a support community like this- so I'm sure this will make a big difference!!!!
