I lost 30 lbs. last year, gained 15 back, and have managed to lose 5 of it. I've started and stopped SP 2-3 times. I'm determined to get off 40 lbs. this year. I'm having hard time getting motivated. I stay hungry constantly. I drink unsweetened green tea and water all day long. I exercise 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. I've tried just about every tip for satisfying cravings and nothing works. Any ideas?
