Never thought I could enjoy a frozen treat without chocolate. But today's lunch included .5 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt. It was a delicious ending to my lunch of 2 c. fresh spinach, .75 oz. walnuts, 12 lg. fresh strawberries with 1 tbsp. of caesar dressing. It was so satisfying to have that juicy salad mix and then the refreshing yogurt as the end point.
Hey...I'm actually doing this healthy food-eating "thing."
I can't wait to see the next dessert plans. Also will use some of the plans my fellow "sparkers" have suggested. TY all!
