Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Just going for a walk and keeping a smile on your face (real or not since it releases endorphines) can do a lot for depression. Three of my immediate family are manic-depressives; I know what it's like and I know what has worked for them in the past. Best of luck to you! Remember to try out the meds for AT LEAST 6 months even when it feels like they're not working.
