I have had the same thing happen in the past. The important thing is to move on and develop a plan of action! I would recommend reading and trying the steps in "Cholesterol Down: Ten Simple Steps to Lower Your Cholesterol in Four Weeks--Without Prescription Drugs" by Janet Brill. It's available from Amazon for $10.20. Just be consistent and let me know what you think. Good luck!

Got my physical yesterday, I thought it would be good everything was but my Cholesterol Level. It was 229 last year it was 195. I was so bummed. I haven't been real good but not real bad either eating wise. Also didn't log in from Thanksgiving through New Years. So I have to go back in three months and get rechecked. I'm now logging in every little bit I eat. I am a Zumba Gold instructor so I get plenty of exercise. If it doesn't come down will have to go on pills which I'm trying to avoid. I'm over 60 yrs old Need some encouragement. Thanks.
