I used to run into the same problem when I would do Jillian Michaels DVDs. I solved that problem by getting a heart rate monitor and manually entering everything myself. You should consider it! :)

I include a 20 minute Denise Austin video in my cardio routine but I'm not exactly sure what a similar workout in my Spark's fitness tracker would be. She says it's interval training in the beginning of the video and has 30 sec intervals of, what I think is, high intensity moves and recovery phases. I'm not sure if a similar video would be Coach Nicole's 8-minute atheletic interval training?
