Don't know this one, but it might help to know the two aerobics entries are good catch-alls for general cardio.

High impact aerobics includes leaping and jumping, where both feet leave the floor a lot.

Low impact is where one foot is always on the floor.

Does anyone know how to catagorize this workout for tracking purposes. Cardio, low impact cardio etc. etc. Thanks in advance emoticon

For me it's not about getting thin, it's about getting fit and healthy. Getting thin is an added bonus!
