I also like the following on green salads (individually or mix/match)(herbs/spices/sea salt/stevia added as desired):

vegetable/chicken/beef broth
cucumber juice
broccoli puree
fresh squeeze of lemon
salsa
carrot juice
apple puree
unsweetened almond milk

no prob :) me either until today... I used extra soft silken tofu, but next time I think I will get a little firmer, to make it even creamier :)

eat food. not too much. mostly plants.

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)

This may be old news to some, but today I discovered that silken tofu is a beautiful substitute for oil in salad dressings, rendering them virtually fat free while tasting like oily dressings! I made caesar salad dressing today, subbing the silken tofu for olive oil (and blending it with garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire-or light soy if you want- parm cheese, salt and pepper) and I can't even taste any difference! sooo yummy... thought I would share if anyone else loves creamy dressings :)
