if so, go to your START page select ACCOUNT PREFERENCES scroll down to HOW MY DAILY CALORIE RANGE IS DETERMINED
there is a link to review both options, or you can just change your current selection

It's already built into the nutrition and fitness trackers. They are linked so that it gives you the right amount of calories to eat for what you are burning.

Anyone know if there's a way to have SparkPeople automatically deduct your fitness calories from the nutrition calories? Just wondering if this feature is someplace I've missed. Not a big deal -- I love SparkPeople just the way it is! Thanks!
