2. Update us regularly as you make progress towards your goal. We use the following format:

Hi! So glad I found this board!! This is just what I need to keep me motivated during the holiday season and the winter month.

I pledge to do 1500 minutes this month (really...I swear...I'll be good lol).

12-1: 40 minutes walking
12-2: 25 min walking
12-3: 105 min walking, Pilates, circuit training

Just started working out this last Tuesday, and my goal for the Month of December is 1400 minutes. That means nearly 60 minutes six days a week. So today I did 28 minutes on the bike and 35 minutes on the treadmill.

1400/ 62 /1338 minutes remaining

I'll go ahead and start the challenge for this month as SKREBEL is probably busy. For those of you new to this challenge ...
1. Set a goal for yourself of how many fitness minutes you will log in during December
2. Update us regularly as you make progress towards your goal. We use the following format:

goal minutes / today's minutes / # of minutes left to reach goal

My goal will be my usual 600 minutes for the month of December. Today, I did 25 minutes of Zumba

600 / 25 / 575 minutes remaining
