12/3/11 = I bought a new Leslie Sansone DVD today. It was good, the "walk" went by real fast and didn't bother my knee -- which has been acting up with a new injury for the last 2 days. As the new injury seems to "come and go," I am hoping it is not serious and will get better by itself if I just be careful and avoid aggravating it.

My goal for December is 400 minutes. That means working on the "Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge" on all of the days that I am in town, minus today (shoulder weirdness, no jiggling allowed) and a few days of leeway in case of illness (germ season!). While I am out of town, I usually get too much(!!) exercise, so I am not worried about taking that time "off". ;)

I hadn't done this particular DVD for a while. Some parts seemed easier than I remember them ... but other parts seemed much harder. It just goes to show that different routines work different muscle groups -- and I need to work more on my abs!

Walden-you just decide how much you want to exercise for the month and that is the number of minutes that you pledge to do-no amount is too small or too large =we are not competing just supporting each other to get in as much workout time as we can fit in for a month

Got the month off to a good start

so after I go to the gym today and if I dont do any WII when I get home ill be

I'm in. These monthly workout minutes challenges are perfect for me. They really help me stay on track.

But since December is such a busy month, I am going to keep my goal modest.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for December. We would love to have some new folks join us this month!!! With the holidays coming up quickly I am determined to make it through them burning more calories than I take in for most of the month-it is so easy to put the pounds on and so darn hard to take them off!! Hopefully we will all stick with our workouts and be in much better shape as we head into the New Yearl!
For any new challenge members we have been setting a monthly workout minutes goal and posting as follows:

goal minutes/today's minutes/minutes left until goal

I am going to keep my goal the same for next month-I am leaving for my daughter's for Christmas and it will be tough for me to get in all my workouts during that time
