I hope the weigh-in goes (or went) well. It sounds like you have learned a lot of important lessons this week that will provide you with a great foundation for long term success.
I see your goals are similar to mine. My fantasy is to get to 125 pounds, but I would be very happy to get to 160 by the time of my SP anniversary next Fall. I have learned that by putting my long-term goal on my little turtle tracker, I don't see enough progress from week to week to spur me onward. I do better when I track (and celebrate) smaller, short term goals and can see my success every time I post.
