Little drops of water makes a might ocean they say......initially i was gutted that i wasnt losing loads weekly, but i have managed to lose 5pds over 4 weeks and im loving the new healthy me!!!! emoticon

I love the small steps, too. I try not to feel guilty when I 'trip', and know that I can always right myself with the next meal, or the next day.

I know how you feel! I'm reading the book and wanting to do everything today, but I guess that's where I've gone wrong before. It just doesn't feel like I'm doing much - but I must have faith in the Spark!

I want to take GIANT steps. Will try to start small again....I am finishing day 2. Hang in there. One day at a time for the rest of our lives.
