Hello LMS7299! I also am new to Sparks. Was trying to find reminder of how to calculate Weight Watcher points and found information on this site. I'm optomistic and excited to get results. I just married 7 weeks ago and as so often happens in new relationships, I've started gaining weight at a rapid speed. Already needed to lose weight before we married but now I'm getting to that extremely uncomfortable state. Need encouragement and an understanding pal to walk this walk with me.

I just came across this site yesterday and started today. I'm really excited about doing this and everything seems to be going good for the first day. My goal is to lose about 25 lbs. in the next 6 months.
