I LOVE this time change!! I'm up, but not outside in the early morning, so darker mornings don't bother me, and I love, love, love more daylight at the end of the day!! Helps my spirits immensely!! Easier for me to stay active, which makes me sleep better, which makes me more energetic, a nice snowball effect!! Plus temperatures will soon be turner warmer!!!

I would really prefer to stay on the same time all year. That makes a lot more sense to me, as it seems more economical. What about people who have medical conditions that require them to follow a schedule? This 2/3 split seems impractical. 12 months of continuity I say.
Like Firecom I live in Arizona where we don't do daylight savings... my selfish response is that I frequently forget the time difference between us and the coasts....

I'm with Norwoodgirl. It screws-up my psychological bedtime. I think it's late and it's early. Takes a while for my body to adjust. Just leave it alone. I want to sleep when it's dark and be awake when it light!

I don't care whether we stay on DST or not - but quit changing the times twice a year. Studies have already proven it does not save on electricity or any other reason for making the change.
WHY do we ever change the clocks. Pick a time, stick with it. We have electricity now, we don't need to change the clocks. We will turn on a light and keep working. NO MORE CLOCK CHANGES. It is SO silly.

I love the longer days....I wish it stayed that way year 'round.
Absolutely cannot wait! I have much more energy in the evening when it is light out and am looking forward to evening walks! Plus I don't like driving anywhere in the dark so I always put off evening errands until the last minute - will be much easier with the sun staying up later!
I love it as my husband will go to 4 ten hour days verses 5 eight hour days, but it will take me time to adjust so I will be drowsy in the mornings and tired by the afternoon for a while. Three day weekends start in April and last for 6 mos. :)

I am looking forward to the time change. It helps to make the day longer. We need the added sunshine on the sunny days. I feel like Spring and Summer is just around the corner, soon after the time change. Paint me sunny and happy!!!
Can hardly wait for it, finally more outside time with the kids (wintertime = dark after nap time *lol*), more daylight at evening ... why do we have to have those non-saving time anyway??? ;o) Wish we could have it trough the whole year ^^
It will make a huge difference in this part of the world. At the moment when I wake up at 6am its dark, it gets dark by 6pm. It makes it hard to be motivated to go outside so having longer days will make a huge difference to me.

ugh I don't get enough sleep as it is so I will be losing another hour. we didn't use to change our time I don't know why we changed a few years ago. ugh I hate daylight savings time
