Today is my 3rd day! I had 2 good solid days!! I am/was so proud of myself. I was good today but didn't prepare for my day and ate junk food. I was bringing fresh veggies to control my hunger in the afternoon. Now my day is blown and I am going out for dinner with my friend tonite. I will still eat my good/healthy food tonite. I'm not going to overindulge any more today. I think that was my version of a confession. emoticon
