I am still figuring out all of this. I like the recipes but because it's just me and I work I usually have the same thing for week day breakfast and a microwave meal and salad for lunch. If I cook dinner usually eat it until it's gone so the elaborate meal plans are a bit much for me. I am going to see if I can change my plans so I can print out a custom shopping list. That will help a lot.
