Day two and hanging in there, hope this gets easier as I go along. One thing I did hear recently was that by doing something for 30 days you make it a habit and we all know how difficult it is to break a habit. So with this thought if I make eating healthy a habit then hopefully I will stay with it. This is a good day and change is good as well.
