I made it through day 1,2 and 3 so far and I walked a total of 13578 steps taken and I still have another 4 days to go and plan to take another 18000 steps in total over those 4 days combined. I feel a lot better when I walk and I can finally sleep better too. So all in all I am on the right path this time..
