You are still working at it - whether the starting weight is the same or bigger, or maybe even smaller - you are HERE and YOU have already learned some things and will learn some more. It is the spirit of NOT GIVING UP that really matters most. I have lost and regained a lot of weight but I have learned along the way and I AM seeing progress now and I am celebrating the NOW and learning from the past but not carrying the weight of the past on my shoulders of MY HEAD - I had to release the past and look toward the future - YOU CAN DO IT.

It doesn't matter how many times you "fail", it's all about how many times you get back up (back on track)! You can do it!!!

I know the feeling, JINJIN, I was there yesterday. But today it's day 2 and it feels better already! This time when I restarted I had to up the starting weight because I gained a couple of pounds, talk about discouraging. But we only have this place to start from, wherever we are. And choices about where to go from here, right? We're all right there with you!

And I, too, am making use of the message boards and teams for the first time. Really hoping it will keep me on track.

I've just started again for the nth time as well. Don't sweat it. Just keep on track this time, join the Sparkteams, post on the message boards, post blogs . . . all of these will help people keep you accountable. You'll do great! emoticon emoticon

Hi,
I seem to have to lose the same "beginning" weight over and over again.
I've promised myself this is day one again, and that i am thankful that i have another day to begin anew. I am writing this as i've never really used the message boards in earnest. I'm making small changes that will hopefull "stick" and help with the weight loss and hopefully the message boards will help too. Please, Please , Please if you can spare a few minutes to offer motivation, it would be appreciated! Off to get another water. Have a great day everyone.
