u can do this........when I first started getting up early(5 a.m.) it was hard but now it's easy. You just have to set your internal clock.........it takes time but can be done. Go get this..

I tried sleeping earlier last night but ended up tossing and turning for the better part of the night bcoz I wasn't used to it but I resisted getting up to read and kept telling myself to go to sleep! I finally did sleep but when the alarm went off at 6.30am, I felt so tired. I snoozed for about 20 minutes then forced myself to get up.

I finally headed out for my walk at 7.10am. I had a cup of coffee the walked briskly for 40 minutes. I plan to wake up early every morning from today to walk. Maybe add some mat pilates after the walks too! But today was only Day1, I'm planning on adding some pilates starting tomorrow!

I then had oatmeal for breakfast at 8am. I am planning on chicken salad made with Greek yogurt for dressing with some chopped up raw celery for lunch. I'm trying to lower my carb intake, so no bread or wraps. Maybe take a wrap in case I get hungry during dialysis today.

I will resist taking an afternoon nap today. Maybe sleep a little during dialysis. I am hoping to reset my internal clock to change to an early to bed, early to rise routine! I hope I can stick to this. I'm planning to make AM exercise a habit from now on! Wish me luck!
