I did the free trial. I am having surgery in march with 4-6 weeks of recovery. When that is all said and done, I plan on paying for the support. I will need it!

Well, I started Spark Coach. I have already set Fast Break goals, and have been 1/2 way tracking them--sometimes just marking them to get the points, but this week I WILL be true to them and no cheating!
