I was a yo-yo also and I feel in control now. I am tracking my food (very important) getting at least 10 minutes of exercise a day usually more. I need to work on that more than I have. I am drinking 8 glasses of water a day, Never thought I could do that. I am writing a little in a journal and reading a success story a day. I am not drinking soda and I think that makes me not crave things. I am tracking my goals and that helps also. I have not been doing strength exercises yet but I'm have been sitting on a stability ball while I'm on the computer. I can really feel that in my stomach. Good luck.

Keep at it one day at a time and remember to not let a bad day continue into days, weeks and years.

Congrats on making the change and accepting the challenge! Just take it one day at a time and accomplish every task you have for the day, you will probably be tempted and that's okay just focus on what life will be like when you take the weight off, stay focused and everyone here is rooting for you! You can do this!

So, I'm starting my diet today! I'm excited, nervous, anxious and every other emotion you can imagine. I have yo-yo'd for so long and am just to a point in my life where I want to make the change....not only for me, but my two little ones. I did all my grocery shopping over the weekend and prepared my food last night for my first day today....wow was that a lot of work!!

I'm ready for this journey...I need to change for myself....and I need motivation to keep me going strong! It's not just about the now - it's about the forever. I want to feel amazing, beautiful and like I have defeated this beast called weight. I WILL do this. emoticon
