Thanks for the info.! I've been following fat smash diet and have lost.9 lbs in about.a month but have come to a standstill..thought if i tried something a little different to jumpstart

The DASH diet is an eating program to Stop Hypertension (high blood pressure). Achieiving and maintaining a health weight is part of the plan. While the diet is filled with healthy foods: lean meats/protein, lowfat dairy, fruits, veggies, whole grains---you will still need to be in your calorie range for weight loss to occur. Thinking about trying the Dash Diet, has anyone tried that? Can you tell me if you have had success?
