A cardio exercise is one that increases your heart rate and makes you out of breath, so I guess if you were in the shower dancing for long enough for that to occur there is no reason why it couldn't be classed as cardio. :)

Today is a beautiful day, I choose to make it so.

I would not count that as my cardio for the day, but I would consider it bonus calories burned!

Does dancing during a shower count as exercise? I know that sounds silly, but I was dancing in the shower this morning (I was rocking it pretty good lol), and just wondered what everyone else thought!
