Have you looked into DDR? If you have the older Wii with the Gamecube controller ports you can use the DDR for Wii. That is usually how I get my exercise in because the game is SO much fun. Look it up on youtube!

YouTube and surprisingly Amazon Prime (which is worth it if you use Amazon, it's $50 a year I think?) I love dancing!!!

Time to stop trying to solve things with food (lack of included) that food won't solve. Food solves one thing: bodily hunger.
I love Zumba nad hit up a class whenever possible then I take the moves from that and when I don't, cant or am too broke to go to the class I just crank up my music and do some of the moves while dancing around my living room. Sure I look funny but I sweat and have tons of fun. Just let loose you and some music and see what happens.
Never discourage anyone who makes continual progress, no matter how slow.
So, I'm generally pretty good about getting my exercise in, but my favorite form is generally dancing. the 30 minute Total Body Challenge on my Spark Bootcamp dvd is an absolute slog for me. I can't stop looking at the countdown clock when I do it.
On the other hand I can get through 40-45 minutes of my Michael Jackson dance game for Wii (believe me, you can work up a sweat with that one) with no issues at all. I never end up watching the clock. I like my Zumba game too, though it's a little more of a challenge with the hopping around in certain songs.
Do any of you guys have good dance/dance-like go-tos for cardio that you like or use often? I could really use some suggestions if you have any.
