10 minutes of cardio to warm up then 15ish minutes of strength training then 20 minutes of yoga. But this is my pregnancy workout. Pre pregnancy, I did more strength training and less yoga.

Run 3x a week: 1 tempo day, 1 long day, 1 interval day

Strength train 2x a week: squats, bench press, (assisted) pullups, deadlifts/L-sits, and whatever else I find the time for.

run 4-5x/week, totalling about 25-50 miles per week.

full body strength train 1-2x/week.

yoga when I can find the time, which isn't often.

I rotate through 3 days a week (Sun, Tues, Fri) of Deadlift day, Overhead Press Day, Squat Day and Bench Press Day. Each day has 3 assists like one arm rows, push ups, triceps extensions, side bends, chest press, weighted situps, back extensions, lunges, sumo squats, hamstring lifts.

I squeeze in anywhere from 15-45 mins of cardio 6 days a week. I usually do intervals of jogging and various jumping. Sometimes I loosely follow Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism with no body weight training. I replace those intervals with cardio.

I can't get outside to run because I have young children so I do a lot of jogging in spot in my living room. ;)

What's everyone's daily, or weekly workouts consist of?
