If you can't get motivated for daily walks, start with once week. Schedule your time..every Tuesday I will walk from 5 to 530. After a month, add another day. Schedule your time..every Tuesday and Friday I will walk from 5 to 530 pm. Making the appointment with your self helps a lot. Treat the appointment like you would a date with your beloved, it's something you don't want to miss. (and you are your own beloved, right?)

I enjoy walking around the neighborhood and I aim to do it for 45 minutes a day. It is good for the soul to take that time to look around at the beauty that nature offers us.

I try for 10000 a day - don't always manage it. So far I've technically only done 7000 today but, as I've also been to aqua aerobics, I have to learn to forgive myself if I don't manage the 10,000!
