Click above on MY TRACKERS, START

Scroll down the left side of the page until you get to "my goals and progress"

You will see a goal...Calories to burn this week with an amount. Click on this an update the calorie amount based on the calories you burn in a week with planned exercise (on average). Save.

Now what is your calorie range??

no, don't add calories for exercise, it is all built in to your allotment created by spark... provided you input that you will be exercising when you signed up :)

I have a daily caloric intake of 1500 based on my goals. Does anyone know if this includes my weekly goal of burning 750 calories, i.e., if I burn 300 calories today at the gym, can I eat an extra 300 calories or is that a part of my weekly goal and I need to stay at 1500 for the day?
