I'm following along with the SP diet plan, and I'm on a step where I'm learning about rewards. One of the steps is to reward myself daily for two weeks, for staying on track. The example SP gave was about a mother who gave her kid a penny for every day he didn't bite his nails. My problem is, I don't know what to use as a reward! I don't want my rewards to be monetary based (unless it's something useful, like when I bought myself an awesome new waterbottle for staying on track with my water) or food based. I'm really stuck here. I can't think of anything that I would want that I don't already allow myself, like a cup of relaxing tea, or time with a good book. Any ideas?
