I keep forgetting my goals and mindlessly go back to my old ways. This thread is to keep me focused and motivated. When I am focused I do not need to comfort myself with food.

Join me on this journey by making your own pledge.

On Day I did not quit. By saying "no" 3 times to extra calories, I said "Yes" to a healthier body. Although I do not feel like a winner yet, I felt better about myself because I am working at it.

Day 2 - Today, I promise I will not quit.

I pledge that no matter, how many ups and downs I pass through today, I will continue on my journey.

I pledge to forgive myself for past failure and to stop being so critical of myself.

I pledge to stop being a victim, to stop making excuses, and to stop blaming other people or situations.

I pledge to treat myself as I would my best friend, because that is who I am.

I pledge to stay in the race. I am WINNER!

I pledge to report on how I did this day.

Love this. Thank you for posting. Whether or not this is something you posted to remind yourself of these points, I found it really encouraging. This is something we should all recite to ourselves often. :)
