LYDAALEXANDER - I think meeting 2 out of 3 goals is great! When kids and you are not sleeping well, it stands to reason it is harder to wake up on time! Keep up the amazing work and hopefully some restful nights will follow soon. Good luck!

doing good today - except the waking up on time part :-( My kids aren't sleeping very well, nad so neither am I! Met the other fast break goals, though!

Sunday:

Eat 2 fruits of Veggies - Yes - I had 6.5 servings of freggies
Exercise for 10 minutes - Yes - I did 38 minutes
Read an Inspirational Quote - Yes I did

Monday:

Eat 2 fruits of Veggies - Yes - I had 3.5 servings of freggies
Exercise for 10 minutes - Yes - I did 35 minutes
Read an Inspirational Quote - Yes I did

My Fast Break goals are:

1) stretch for five minutes a day (65 day streak)

2) read from an inspirational story each day (48 day streak)

3) plan 2 snacks per day, and planned ahead of time (3 day streak)

I love streaking! emoticon

Hi Cassioepia! I made the thread and I still forgot to check in on it every day. LOL. I did pretty good. I have done them all consistently since Wednesday except for not getting in my fruits and veggies yesterday. So, I think that's pretty good. :) I'll have to start checking this one every day for the day before....so here's Saturday (even though today's Sunday and I know if I've done it, I want to get in the habit of doing it lol)

Eat 2 fruits of Veggies - No I only had 1
Exercise for 10 minutes - Yes - I did 30 minutes
Read an Inspirational Quote - Yes I did

So, 2 out of 3 isn't too bad. :) How did you do on your goals?

Good Afternoon Everyone! I didn't see a thread about this already so I thought I'd make one. I basically thought this could be a place check in every day to see how you're all doing on your 3 Fast Break Goals. :) My three goals are:

1. Eat 2 Fruits or Veggies a day
2. Exercise at least 10 minutes each day
3. Read an inspirational quote every day.
