That sounds really interesting - I do videos at home, most Jillian Michaels, but maybe I'll check this out.

I have always been a ChaleneExtreme fan, but I needed a change so I started googling different programs and that when I came across DailyBurn. After reading other online reviews and watching some commercials for it, I decided what the heck it's $10 that I was going to put towards a gym membership.

I have been using DailyBurn's CardioSculpt program for about 2 months, and I LOVE it. If you are the type that would rather work out from home than go to the gym, and if you hate trying to figure out which video to do today, this is a great site to join. All you have to do is select a program you want to follow and DailyBurn will have today's video ready for you.

Has anyone tried the Daily Burn website? Is it worth it?
